User Interface as a tool to overcome software integration

Updated: May 17, 2023

As companies continue to adopt digital tools for business operations such as document management, there is an expectation that these systems will work seamlessly within an organization’s existing infrastructure and software devices. This is not always possible though because of legacy systems or legacy software applications that use different languages and formats. However, with the right integration strategy in place today - whether it be through API integration or server-side processing - organizations can overcome these challenges and improve their productivity by reducing training costs for new hires as well as streamlining workflows across multiple departments within one company. Integration allows workflows to flow between various systems when document management is needed. At the heart of this integration is the idea that we are all working towards a common goal: to create a seamless experience for our customers. This means that we need to make sure all processes flow seamlessly in an automated way, whether it's through document management or experimental data capture.
